Q: What is your terms of payment?
What we usually used are T/T (30% as deposit, and 70% balance before delivery) and LC at sight, another payment terms are also negotiable.
Q: What is your trade terms of delivery?
EXW,FOB, CIF, DDU and so on.
Q: How about your after-sale service?
Usually if have quantity and quality issues, we will confirm as soon as possible.
After confirmed we can resend the goods immediately, or resend them to you or give you a discount during your next purchase.
Q: How about your delivery time?
1. Small quantity and commonly spare parts 1-2 days.
2.Commonly spare parts 7-10 days one 40 feet container.
3.Uncommonly spare parts about 20-30 days one 40 feet container.
4.The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we 100% test before delivery. Usually we will sort, label and confirm the quantity, check the quality of goods before delivery.
